Author Guidelines
Authors should prepare original, well-structured, and academically rigorous manuscripts following the official conference instructions.
Original Contribution
Submitted papers must present original research, applied studies, methodological contributions, or well-supported conceptual analysis.
Language
Papers should be written in clear academic English. Authors are encouraged to proofread manuscripts before submission.
Format
Submissions should be prepared using the official conference template and uploaded in PDF format through the submission process.
Relevance
Authors should clearly position their contribution within one or more AICSDS 2027 scientific axes.
Scientific Review Process
Each submitted paper will be evaluated according to scientific quality, originality, relevance to the conference scope, clarity, methodology, and contribution.
Submission Check
The organizing team verifies the completeness of the submission, formatting, and alignment with the conference themes.
Scientific Evaluation
Papers are reviewed by members of the scientific committee or qualified reviewers based on academic and methodological criteria.
Decision Notification
Authors receive the review decision and, when applicable, comments and recommendations for improvement.
Camera-Ready Version
Accepted authors submit the final corrected version after integrating reviewers’ remarks and respecting formatting requirements.
